I wanted to tell you that Serenaquil is the BOMB!! I started taking it and it has made such a difference. I feel both alert and calm at the same time. Prior to this the only way I could feel really alert and focused was to also feel anxious. I absolutely love how this product calms me down. And, it also allowed me to discover that my youngest daughter has been struggling with anxiety and I had no idea. She has been taking it and it has really helped her. She told me that her mind is more focused and she is sleeping better and waking up "a new person".
